Paige 23 is proud to announce the release of our new 2006 Paige 23 Pinot Noir-Santa Barbara County. The grapes were grown at the old Carreaga Vineyard in Los Alamos, just North of Santa Rita Hills. Framed with 25% new French oak, this pinot exhibits wonderful strawberry and cranberry notes with a touch of tea leaf and rose petals on the nose. Built to last with good acidity and minerality, this wine again reminds us of some of the finer pinot noirs from Burgundy. Only 300 cases made. |
